Florida Dream Homes LLC was founded in Boca Raton, FL in 2002. Since that time we have offered real estate services in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach areas. In 2007 we opened up offices to serve the real estate needs in Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, South Daytona, Ponce Inlet, Ormond Beach, Flagler County, Palm Coast, New Symrna, Port Orange and St. Augustine areas.

Shannon & Jeff Summars are the owners and Brokers for Florida Dream Homes LLC. They have both been active in the Florida real estate market for many years and are experts in all areas of Florida real estate, contracts, negotiating and settlement procedures. Their expertise will prove invaluable to you when you are buying or selling real estate in the Daytona Beach area. Shannon Summars was born in Daytona Beach and grew up in the Ormond Beach area. Shannon’s family has a tradition in real estate and her grandmother Ivy Brandon and uncle Jerry Brandon were both Brokers and owners of Ormond Realty Inc. which serviced the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Daytona Beach area for over 50 years.

Shannon & Jeff Summars recently relocated from the Boca Raton, FL area back to the Daytona Beach area to be closer to family. Though they have stayed familiar with the Daytona Beach real estate area throughout the years with purchases of various investment properties. They are very excited to work from their new office in Ormond Beach and work helping new buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs throughout the entire greater Daytona Beach area, Flagler, Palm Coast and St. Augustine.

Shannon Summars has an extensive background in sales and marketing. She has worked in real estate for over 10 years and prior to her career in real estate she worked as the VP of Marketing and Sales for a telecommunications Company in Los Angles, CA and as the VP of Marketing and Sales for an Internet Publishing Company in Scottsdale, AZ. Ms. Summars received her B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.

Jeff Summars has a background in technology, sales and marketing. Jeff has worked in the real estate industry for over ten years and prior to his career in real estate he worked in sales and marketing as a top producer for many high tech firms and as a stock broker. These firms include UUNet, Ensim, Hostopia and UBS Paine Weber. Jeff is also a brilliant multi-media designer and handles all of Florida Dream Homes LLC marketing and design work. Mr. Summars received his B.S. in Marketing and Commerce from the University of Virginia.
